Five-year structural warranty against defects in walls, frame, and roof under normal use. Not covered: modifications, cut-ins, repainting, or damage after delivery.
Cancel free any time before dispatch. Within 14 days of delivery, returns are accepted: buyer covers return freight plus a 10% restocking fee, refunded after the unit is inspected back at the yard.
The driver calls ahead, you chalk the spot, and the tilt-bed backs in and slides the unit off — placement typically takes ten minutes. You need 100 ft of straight-line run, 12 ft width, and 14 ft overhead. Inspect before signing; report any issue within 48 hours.
