Questions buyers ask.
They have generally made one cargo trip and can show handling or transportation marks. We describe them as one-trip rather than untouched new.
Dents, patches, markings, paint variation, and surface rust are normal. The applicable grade describes functional condition, not uniform appearance.
Each listing says whether photos show the exact container or the expected grade. Representative photos do not guarantee color or identical cosmetic marks.
Cargo-worthy relates to cargo-service condition when supported by current unit-specific evaluation. WWT is a stationary-storage grade and is not cargo certification.
The standard tilt-bed rate is $440 per container to eligible contiguous-U.S. addresses, shown at checkout. Address, route, equipment, and special access can affect eligibility — the confirmed cost appears before payment.
Estimated 5–10 business days from order confirmation. Estimates are not guarantees; we contact you to coordinate before dispatch.
Typically 60 ft of straight-line clearance for a 20 ft unit and 100 ft for a 40 ft unit, plus roughly 12 ft width and 14 ft overhead. Actual equipment and site conditions control.
We confirm access before dispatch to prevent failed deliveries. If site conditions make placement unsafe, the driver may refuse or modify placement, and redelivery charges can apply — contact us before ordering if access is uncertain.
Yes — cancellation is free any time before dispatch, confirmed in writing. After dispatch, cancellation is treated under the return policy.
Unmodified containers are returnable within 14 days of recorded delivery with return authorization. The buyer covers return freight and a 10% restocking fee; the original delivery charge is non-refundable after completed delivery.
Eligible one-trip units carry a five-year limited structural warranty. Eligible used units (cargo-worthy and WWT) carry a 30-day limited leak-free guarantee. Coverage terms and exclusions are in the warranty policy.
Rules vary by city, county, property type, and use. Check the local planning or building authority and any HOA before dispatch — cancellation is free until dispatch.
Only if the individual unit and its current documentation meet the relevant requirements. WWT is not cargo certification. Confirm with your carrier or freight forwarder and request unit-specific documents.
Customer feedback may appear across the storefront. Product-specific review availability varies by listing.
