Warranty policy

One-trip structural coverage

Subject to these terms, eligible one-trip units include a five-year limited structural warranty beginning on recorded delivery, covering defects in the walls, frame, and roof under normal stationary use.

Used-unit leak coverage

Eligible cargo-worthy and WWT units include a 30-day limited leak-free guarantee beginning on recorded delivery. If ordinary precipitation enters through a covered defect while doors are fully closed and the unit is used and supported normally, notify us within the coverage period.

Exclusions

Normal cosmetic wear; existing disclosed dents, patches, markings, and surface rust; condensation; flooding; standing water; wind-driven conditions beyond ordinary exposure; improper support; site settlement; impact; relocation; overloading; corrosive contents; poor ventilation; modifications, cut-ins, drilling, welding, or repainting-related damage; unauthorized repairs; misuse; disaster; pest activity; and door adjustment caused by out-of-level placement.

Claim process

Contact info@xivstorage.com or (888) 214-7482 with your order number, container ID, a description, the date discovered, photographs or video, and images of the site and supports. Preserve the condition and prevent further damage where safe. Do not perform permanent repair without approval unless necessary to prevent imminent damage, and document it.

Remedies

Approved claims are resolved by repair, replacement, or refund at XIVstorage's reasonable determination, subject to the order terms and applicable law.
