Payment and billing policy.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. The checkout shows product price, delivery, applicable taxes, discounts, and order total before payment. Payment is processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout; XIVstorage does not directly store full card numbers.

Pricing errors

Obvious pricing errors may be corrected or refunded; we will contact you before proceeding with a corrected order.

Wire and bank payment safety

We never request wire-instruction changes solely by email. Before sending any bank transfer, verify instructions by calling the published phone number: (302) 579-5617.

Refunds and chargebacks

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval or inspection, subject to bank timing. Billing questions: info@xivstorage.com.
