Orders

Orders are offers to purchase that XIVstorage may accept or decline. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected or refunded.

Product descriptions and photo variability

Used inventory varies in color, markings, repairs, dents, and surface rust. Representative images show an expected grade and are not a promise of identical cosmetics. Exact-unit claims apply only when the listing says so and identifies the unit.

Delivery and site responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for lawful site access, permits, zoning and HOA compliance, and accurate site information, per the shipping policy.

Cancellation, returns, and warranty

The published cancellation, return, and warranty policies are incorporated by reference.

Risk and title

Title and risk of loss transfer upon completed delivery and recorded acceptance, except where law provides otherwise.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product.

Governing law

Laws of the seller's state of registration. Severability applies.
