Cancellation policy.

Canceling before dispatch is free when confirmed by XIVstorage in writing. Contact us at (302) 579-5617 or info@xivstorage.com with your order number; sending a request does not itself confirm cancellation — we confirm status in writing.

“Dispatch” means the container has been assigned to a carrier and released from the origin yard for delivery. Once dispatch has occurred, cancellation is treated under the return policy and may involve delivery, return-freight, waiting, storage, or restocking costs.

Approved pre-dispatch cancellation refunds are issued in full, including delivery, to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to bank timing.
