Shipping policy

Scope

XIVStorage arranges delivery of eligible containers to eligible addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Delivery availability depends on inventory origin, address, route, legal access, equipment availability, site condition, container size, and quantity.

Standard charge

The standard tilt-bed delivery charge is $440 per container for qualifying orders and addresses. Any exception or additional charge will be disclosed and accepted before the order is finalized or dispatched. Taxes are shown separately where applicable.

Estimated timing

Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from order confirmation. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed appointment.

Scheduling

We contact the buyer to confirm the delivery address, site access, equipment, and expected window. Do not perform irreversible site work based solely on an unconfirmed estimate.

Site and route requirements

The buyer is responsible for a lawful, safe, accessible route and placement area. Typical tilt-bed requirements: ~60 ft straight-line clearance for a 20 ft container, ~100 ft for a 40 ft container, ~12 ft width, ~14 ft overhead, firm ground. The assigned driver, equipment, and actual site control. Disclose gates, turns, slopes, soft ground, wires, branches, eaves, septic systems, underground structures, weight-restricted roads, and other hazards.

Placement

Placement is limited to what the driver can complete safely and lawfully. The driver may refuse or modify unsafe placement. Placement does not include grading, foundations, cranes, rigging, relocation after unload, or utility work unless separately agreed in writing.

Inspection at delivery

Inspect before signing; note concerns on the delivery record and photograph them. Report claims to info@xivstorage.com or (302) 579-5617 within 48 hours.
