Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

• The pallet must be in the same condition as received

• The pallet must not be altered, sorted, or partially resold

• Original packaging and pallet configuration must be intact

Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, all items are sold as-is, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted for:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Variations in item assortment, brand mix, or resale value

• Minor cosmetic damage consistent with liquidation inventory

• Items clearly disclosed as salvage or damaged

These conditions are standard within the liquidation industry and are not considered defects.

Return Shipping

xivstorage covers the cost of return shipping for approved returns.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for freight pickup or return shipping arrangements. Customers are not responsible for return shipping fees.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned pallet is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

• Significantly damaged

• Missing pallets

• Incorrect compared to the listing description

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.
