At xivstorage, we believe in clear and honest shipping practices so our customers know exactly what to expect when purchasing liquidation pallets.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders within the United States. For international or bulk freight inquiries, please contact us prior to placing an order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Once an order has been processed, estimated delivery time is:

5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary based on:

  • Destination location

  • Freight carrier scheduling

  • Weather or logistical delays

  • Pallet size and weight

Shipping Method

Due to the size and weight of liquidation pallets, all orders are shipped using freight shipping (LTL – Less Than Truckload). Customers must provide a delivery address suitable for freight delivery.

In some cases, the freight carrier may contact the customer to schedule a delivery appointment.

Flat Rate Shipping

We offer flat rate shipping of $120 per pallet within the United States.

  • The flat rate applies to standard pallet deliveries

  • Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout

  • Additional fees may apply for special delivery requirements (such as limited-access locations or re-delivery requests)

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please note that freight tracking updates may be less frequent than standard parcel shipping.

Delivery Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a correct and complete shipping address

  • Ensuring the delivery location can receive freight shipments

Additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses, missed delivery appointments, or lack of delivery access may be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your shipment arrives with visible damage:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details

We will work with the freight carrier to address the issue according to their claims process.
